With WeGive's P2P Create Elements, you have the ability to create custom preset P2P Fundraise Templates that can be used by your supporters to fundraise for your organization. P2P Create Elements help you save time by allowing you to create P2P Fundraise Templates while presetting a variety of customized features such as your goal bar amount, description text, background image, start and end date, and more! These templates can be attached to any of your Campaigns and the Fundraise button on your supporter's Donor Profile.
Click into the Elements tab in the left side menu to get started. From here, you can create your P2P Preset from the top right corner of your screen.
From the P2P Preset page, you can begin to customize your P2P Fundraiser template. You can customize your P2P Template's with your organization's name, a start date and end date, fundraising goal, background photo, and description text.
If you Check the Fixed Box next to any of the features, your supporters will not be able to edit that particular feature when they create their P2P Fundraiser. If you enter a field but Do Not Check the Fixed Box, the template will display your preset information as a default, but it can still be edited by your supporter. If you leave a field Blank, the supporter will have the ability to customize the field as they wish and it will not populate with any default information.
From the Donate button on a Fundraising page or from the supporter's Donor Profile, the P2P Preset you customized will appear.
You can choose which Campaigns you wish to connect to your P2P Create Element from the Associations tab.
Your new P2P Create Element will live on the associated Campaign's Fundraiser page (if it is a Fundraising or Event Campaign) under the Elements tab. Click Make Primary for the new Element to set it as the default P2P Create element.
You also can Copy the default Element Link and send it to your supporters for direct access to your P2P Create Element.
From the Associations tab under the P2P Create Element, you will see a full list of all the Campaign's associated with the P2P Create Element along with a Direct Link to each P2P Create Template for each Campaign that can also be shared with supporters. Although each of the attached Campaign uses the same custom P2P Create Element, each link is unique in directing the proceeds to the Campaign it is associated with, rather than to the organization's General Default Fund.
If a supporter goes to make a P2P Create directly from the Campaign page or from another P2P Fundraiser, it will copy the Campaign's set P2P Create Preset.
