Redundant and Resilient Infrastructure
Our servers, including load balancers, app servers, worker servers, Redis caches, and databases, are designed with redundancy in mind. Each server in our stack has at least one backup in a separate availability zone to ensure continuous availability and minimize the risk of data loss. Additionally, we perform daily backups for all primary and backup servers and databases to maintain data integrity and quick recovery in case of any unforeseen incidents.
Rapid Recovery Capability
In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure where all WeGive servers are compromised, we have the ability to rebuild our infrastructure from pre-configured templates within an hour. This ensures minimal downtime and a swift return to normal operations. Furthermore, your data is bi-directionally synced with your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, which also likely has its own redundancies and safeguards in place.
Data Synchronization and Local Replication Options
WeGive offers flexibility to clients who wish to maintain a local "core" database. Some of our clients pull data from all of our index endpoints into a local replica of our database, hosted within their own infrastructure. This allows clients to have an additional layer of data protection under their control.
