Easier Tagging of Donors from Import View

Users can now directly tag donors from the Import View instead of manually tagging them later.

How to Tag Donors from Import View:

1. Go to your imported data and click into the Model.
2. Click the Actions dropdown and select Tag Records.
3. Apply your tag and Save.
