Organizations can now manage pledges directly from the dashboard, making it easier to track donor commitments.
How to Create & Edit Pledges:
- Go to "Payments" > "Pledges" in the WeGive dashboard.
- Click the blue plus sign to create a new pledge.
- Select a supporter.
- Enter pledge amount and installment interval (one-time, 4 installments, 8 installments, monthly).
- Customize Pledge Details:
- Choose a designation and Campaign.
- Add a start and end date.
- Create pledge payments as manual installments or auto-billing.
- Save & Activate the Pledge.
- To Edit an Existing Pledge:
- Go to “Pledges” → Find the donor’s pledge.
- Click “Edit” and modify details.
- Select the option to "Charge an Installment" in order to manually process payments towards the pledge directly from the dashboard.
