Audience Rules for Communication Preferences

Admins can now filter audiences based on past engagement and opt-in history.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Audience Rule Groups.
  2. Select Communication Lists.
  3. Choose a Communication Preference Rule:
    • i.e. Exists in a Communication Lists, Is unsubscribed from a Communication List, Is Subscribed to any Communication List, etc. 
  4. Save & Apply to Messaging.
