To create a new recurring plan for a supporter, start by going to their Supporter Record.
Click on the Actions dropdown tab and click Charge Donor.
From the Virtual Terminal, input the amount, 
payment method,
frequency,
and start date if the plan should start billing at a future date. 
Charging this transaction will create an active recurring plan for your donor.
This recurring plan can be managed from the Related > Recurring Plans view on your Supporter Record.
