      Donor Journeys

      The Donor Journey Table provides an overview of all active donor journeys, showing each donor's progress through specific steps. From this table, you can filter journeys, view details, and remove supporters from journeys.

       

      Using Filters

      1. Filter by Journey Name:
        Use the search bar or the filter icon to search for a specific journey by its name.

      2. Filter by Journey Step:
        Narrow your view by filtering donors based on the step they are currently on within a journey.

        • Adjust the Status filter to view all, in progress, or finished journeys.





      Table Columns Overview

      • ID: The unique identifier for each donor journey entry.
      • Donor: The name of the donor participating in the journey.
      • Journey: The name of the journey the donor is part of.
      • Current Step: Displays the specific step the donor is currently on, such as "Send Message" or "Tag Person in Impact Story."
      • Last Activity: The most recent date and time of activity for the donor in this journey.

      Managing Donor Journeys

      1. Removing Donors from a Journey

      • Select the donor(s) using the checkboxes on the left side of the table.
      • Click the trash can icon at the top of the table to remove the selected donor(s) from their journey.
