Update Payment Method on a Recurring Donation

Need help updating a payment method on one of your Active Recurring Giving plans?

While you can always update your Primary Default Payment Method, you may have a Recurring Giving Plan set up that is attached to an outdated card.

To add a new payment method to a Recurring Giving Plan, you will need to first click Edit in the Recurring Giving box.

From here, click into the Recurring Plan you wish to edit.

Click Edit to add a new payment method to the Recurring Plan.

When you click into your Recurring Plan, you can click on the Card or Bank used under the Payment Method section and then select Add New to update your new card or bank details.

Add your new payment method. Click on Card to add a card payment method or click on Bank to add a bank payment method.

Click Review once you have reviewed your details.

Then you can Confirm the revised plan.
