If one of your supporter's transactions fails to process, you can click the Retry Donation button. This will retry processing the transaction that failed using the original payment method.

If the transaction that failed is part of a recurring plan, you also have the option of charging an installment on the recurring plan using a different payment method.

Charging an installment with a new payment method does not automatically update the payment method attached to the recurring plan. If the transaction failed to process due to an expired or faulty payment method, make sure to also edit the recurring plan and update the corresponding payment method for future installments.
