Help Center

The Help Center Tab in your WeGive dashboard provides quick access to support, resources, and a Community Forum where you can connect with other users.

Accessing the Help Center

  1. Log in to your WeGive Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Help Center tab in the Dashboard Navigation Menu.

Features and How to Use Them

1. Edit Chat Bot Display

  • If you prefer a cleaner interface, you can remove the chatbot from your Dashboard display.

  • Navigate to Show Chat Bot to enable this option.

2. Find Answers in the Knowledge Base

  • Search FAQs, guides, and best practices using the Knowledge Base Integration.

  • Type your question into the search bar to find relevant articles.

3. Manage Your Tickets in the Ticket Desk

  • Click on Ticket Desk to view all previously submitted support tickets.

  • Track updates on your reported issues or feature requests.

4. Submit a Ticket

  • Need help with a bug or have a feature request?

  • Click Submit a Ticket to fill out a request form.

  • Provide as many details as possible to ensure a quick resolution.

5. Join the Community Forum (Beta Test!)

  • Click on Community Forum to interact with other WeGive users.

  • The first time you access the forum, you'll need to create an account (you should remain logged in for future visits).

  • Organize topics based on Dashboard features and engage in discussions by asking questions or sharing expertise.

Stay Engaged and Share Feedback

  • Participate in discussions, offer fundraising insights, and troubleshoot challenges with other users.

  • If you have feedback about the Community Forum, let us know! We're testing this as a collaborative space and would love your input on its usefulness.
