Donor Portal Logins Guide: How to View, Remove, and Add Access

 

You can manage who has access to a supporter’s Donor Portal directly from their Supporter Record.

View Existing Donor Portal Logins

  1. Navigate to the Supporters section and open the specific Supporter Record.

  2. Click on the Engage tab.

  3. Scroll to the Portal Profile section.

  4. You’ll see a list of all emails and phone numbers that currently have access to that supporter’s Donor Portal.

Tip: If a supporter is having trouble logging in, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to their profile to:

  • Send a Password Reset

  • Remove their Donor Portal Access

Add a New Donor Portal Login

  1. In the same Supporter Record, go to the Actions tab.

  2. Click Add Login.

  3. Enter the new user’s name, email address, and phone number.

  4. Click Save to give the new user access to the Donor Portal.

This is a great way to give a family member, assistant, or accountant secure access to manage a donor’s giving history, preferences, or tax documents.
