In Platform Messaging

How can I message or receive messages from my supporters directly from my WeGive Dashboard?

With WeGive's In-Platform Messaging feature, you can effortlessly communicate with your supporters via text, email, or chat.

To create or view messages, simply click on the chat bubble icon located in the top right corner of your dashboard.

 

To start a new message, click on New.

 

Search for the supporter you'd like to contact. You can view all communication between your organization and your supporters within the Dashboard.

 

Depending on your preference, you can choose to message them via SMS, email, handwritten notes, or directly through the platform’s messaging feature in their Donor Profile.

 

Supporters can access their message history by clicking the message icon in the top right corner of their Donor Profile.

 

While you may communicate with supporters via SMS, email, handwritten notes, or in platform messaging, all communications will be shown in their Donor Profile, and you’ll see their entire conversation history within your Dashboard.
