What Are Integration Locks?

Integration locks occur when a record fails to sync with the CRM three times in a row. This prevents further retry attempts until the issue is resolved, allowing for manual intervention.

How to Manage Integration Locks

1. View Integration Locks

Check the Integration Locks tab under Data section in the navigation bar to see records that failed to sync.

2. Unlock Records

  • Archive the locked records from the table.
  • This clears the lock and allows the system to automatically retry syncing the data the next time the integration runs (every 15 minutes).

3. Retry Process

You don’t need to manually click "resync payment" on the Payments table. Once the record is unlocked, the system will retry syncing automatically.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Root Cause: Check the integration logs to identify the error (i.e. data issue or configuration problem).
  • Fix the Issue: Resolve the issue in the CRM (i.e., correct data or permissions).
  • Clear the Lock: After fixing the issue, archive the record to allow the system to retry.
