Do donors receive offline donation notifications?
Will my donors who give an offline donation still receive a "Donation Success" triggered message? In short, yes. If your "Donation Success" triggered messages are enabled and you charge an offline donation in the dashboard, your offline donors will still receive a thank you message from WeGive. However, you can always use the audience filter rules if you do not want your offline donors do not receive a "Donation Success" message.
To disable "Donation Success" messages for offline donors, create your default "Donation Success" message with the rule group "Payment Method is not Offline." This will filter out donors who give offline donations from receiving the notification.
