P2P Fundraisers Table

The P2P Fundraiser Table in WeGive offers a streamlined way for you to manage peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraisers. From this table, you can filter fundraisers, create new ones assigned to supporters, tag supporters, export data, or delete fundraisers. Below is an overview of key features and actions you can perform.


 

Accessing the P2P Fundraiser Table

  1. Navigate to Donor Portal > P2P Fundraisers in the left navigation menu.
  2. The table will display all current P2P fundraisers along with details such as:
    • Fundraiser Name
    • Creator
    • Raised Amount
    • Goal
    • Number of Donors
    • Start Date
    • End Date

Filtering Fundraisers

Use the Filter button to customize your view:

  1. Click the filter icon in the table header.
  2. Apply filters based on these and more:
    • P2P Preset: Filter for supporters who fundraised using a specific P2P fundraising template.
    • Date Ranges: Specify start and end date ranges for fundraisers.
    • Campaign or Fundraiser: Narrow results by specific campaigns or fundraisers the P2P fundraiser is associated with.




Creating a New Fundraiser

  1. Click the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in the required fields in the Create P2P Fundraiser form:
    • Owner Type: Select Donor or Team.
    • Donor: Assign a supporter as the fundraiser owner.
    • P2P Fundraiser Name: Enter a unique title for the fundraiser.
    • Campaign: Choose a related campaign.
    • Goal: Define the fundraising goal.
    • Start and End Dates/Times: Set the fundraiser's timeline.
  3. Optionally, upload a background photo.
  4. Click Save to finalize the fundraiser.


Managing Supporters

  • Tagging Supporters: Attach Supporter Tags to all donors who gave to a P2P Fundraiser


Exporting Fundraiser Data

  1. Click the download icon in the table header.
  2. The CSV will be sent directly to your email inbox, containing all selected fundraiser details.


Deleting Fundraisers

  1. Select fundraisers to delete by clicking the checkboxes next to their IDs.
  2. Click the trash bin icon in the table header.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up prompt. Note: Deleted fundraisers can be restored.
