Create, manage, and track all supporter-led fundraising campaigns
The P2P Fundraisers feature allows donors and households to create personalized fundraising pages that contribute to your organization's larger fundraising efforts. From the WeGive dashboard, you can view, filter, edit, and create fundraisers, giving you complete control and visibility into supporter-led campaigns.
Accessing P2P Fundraisers
- Go to the Donor Portal section in the WeGive dashboard.
- Click on P2P Fundraisers.
This opens a table view displaying all P2P fundraisers created for your organization.
Using the P2P Fundraisers Table
The P2P table gives you insight into all existing fundraisers, including filtering and action options.
Filters Available:
- Status: Active, Archived, or with Integration Errors
- Preset Template: Filter by the name of the P2P preset used to create the fundraiser
- Donor: Filter by the supporter who created the fundraiser
- Amount Raised: Filter by thresholds (greater than, less than)
- Goal Amount: Filter by total fundraising goal
- Start & End Dates: Filter by date range
- Associated Campaign
- Associated Nonprofit Fundraiser Element
- Donor Household
- Integration Status: Filter by statuses such as:
- Error: Process Ignored
- Error: Execution Pending
- Disabled
- Canceled
- Running
- Error: Process Ignored
Table Columns Display:
- Fundraiser ID
- Fundraiser Name
- Creator (Donor)
- Amount Raised
- Total Goal
- Number of Donors
- Start & End Dates
Actions You Can Take
From the P2P table, you can:
- Archive a fundraiser
- Tag the supporter associated with the fundraiser
- Export fundraiser data
- Create a new fundraiser using the blue + button
Creating a New Fundraiser
- Click the blue + icon to start a new fundraiser.
- Choose an Owner Type: Donor or Household
- Fill out fundraiser details:
- Select Owner (Donor or Household)
- Fundraiser Name
- Associated Campaign
- Nonprofit Fundraiser Element
- Fundraising Goal
- Start/End Date & Time
- Image and Description
- Select Owner (Donor or Household)
- Customize additional options:
- Enable/disable:
- Leaderboard of top donors
- Recent Activity
- Donor Names on the public page
- "Fundraise" Button (to prevent others from copying this fundraiser)
- Donations after End Date
- Leaderboard of top donors
- Enable/disable:
- Click Create Fundraiser.
Fundraiser Page Management
Once a fundraiser is created, you'll be taken to its detail page.
Key Features:
- Edit, Pause, or Archive the fundraiser
- Copy/share the fundraiser URL
- Download a QR Code to distribute the fundraiser

- Fundraiser Goal
- Amount Raised
- Donor Count
- Dates
- Checkout being used
- Background Image and Description
Fundraiser Detail Tabs
Each fundraiser has related data tables accessible via tabs:
1. Payments
- Includes: Payment ID, Date, Amount, Fee, Supporter, Designation
2. Recurring Plans
- Includes: Recurring Plan ID, Frequency, Total Value, Fees, Next Due Date, and Supporter
3. Supporters
- Includes: ID, Name, Email, Total Given, Year-to-Date Giving, Last Activity
4. Audit Logs
- Tracks all changes made to the fundraiser:
- Includes: Username, Email, Model (P2P), IP Address, Date, and Actions
- Includes: Username, Email, Model (P2P), IP Address, Date, and Actions
5. Integration Logs
- Tracks sync and integration actions related to external systems:
- Includes: Model ID, Integration Type, Action, Status, Date, and any related file or response data
