What Are Triggered Messages?
Triggered messages allow you to automate communication based on specific actions taken by your supporters. They help you engage supporters without constant manual effort. Triggered messages are automated communications sent when specific triggers are met, such as a donation being made or an event being registered to.

Step 2: Choose a Trigger
Select a trigger to create a customized message.
Step 3: Create Your Message
Write and personalize your message using dynamic elements such as donor name or amount.
Step 4: Set Audience Rules
If needed, apply the audience filter rules to specify the recipients of your message once the trigger is activated.
Step 5: Test Your Trigger
To ensure your trigger works as intended, send a test message to your personal email or use the preview option to view the message as it would appear to a specific donor. When you preview the message, it will automatically populate with sample data based on the first donation recorded in the system for that particular donor.
