WeGive gives you the option to collect Billing or Mailing Addresses right from your checkout.
To collect addresses, go to your Checkout Element that you wish to attach the address prompts to and then select the Donation Rules tab.
From here, you have options to:
Ask new donors for their current mailing address
Ask for a full billing address instead of just billing zip when adding a payment method
Ask for current mailing address update after donation success
Supporters can always go update their addresses under the Donor Profile tab.
You can then view your supporter's addresses from the Data tab on their Supporter Record.
