There are a few triggered messages WeGive highly recommends configuring in your account as you prepare to go-live with WeGive. These messages include Donation Success, Donation Failure, Recurring Donation Created, Tribute Made, and Donation Processing. Below are examples of language and contextualized variables you can use in your messages.

Donation Success (A transaction has been completed successfully)

Donation Failure (A transaction has failed to succeed)

Recurring Donation Created (A recurring plan has been created)

Donation Processing (A bank or ACH transaction has been initiated but has not yet been settled)

Tribute Made (A supporter gave in honor or memory of someone else)
