Tags make sending engagements to your desired audience easier than ever by allowing you to segment your supporters into filtered groups.

To get started, select Supporter Tags under Data in the Navigation Bar. Then click Add Tag.

Input an Internal Name for your tag.

Then create filters for your group by adding your desired automated tagging rules. If you do not add any tagging rules, all supporters will be tagged.

You can add as many rules as you want to specifically customize your groups.

WeGive will automatically tag supporters who match your rule groups. It may take a few minutes to finish tagging your supporters.

After your tagged supporter group has been generated, you can quickly filter for your group under your Engagement rules when creating Messages and Journeys for your supporters.

You can also tag supporters directly from the Supporter Table or from a Supporter Record.
