Custom Fields allow you to create your own contextualized variables and audience rules to meet your organization's specific needs.
Custom Fields are created under the Data tab in the left navigation bar.
WeGive allows you to create two types of custom fields. Static fields remain constant and are ideally used for data that doesn't change frequently, such as supporter preferences. Computed fields are useful for generating dynamic data, such as total donations to a campaign or the most recent donation date.
Once created, these custom fields can be used across the platform as Audience Rules or as Contextualized Variables within your messages, generating answers that are specific to your supporters.
